Xenogear Posted August 13, 2005 Posted August 13, 2005 I just got this new motherboad by Geforce GTX 7800 yesterfday. Everytime I boot up, I either get blank screen or normal boot screen except it shows up CMOS Checksum Error.. If I try to load bios default + change date at that point, once I do save and restart.. well.. it doesn't even restart, it just goes blank screen. IF I try to ignore the error and proceed to boot windows, it'll go blank before window loading screen. I suspect I have a defective mobo. But maybe I am just dumb and I seek wisdom from you sages.
