hi guys and girls, im gonna build a phenom 2 x6 1090t rig. i have some parts listed already but im not sure on what i should get instead of another. haf x < case 2x2gb g.skills trident 2000mhz < ram asus formula 4 crosshair < mobo xfx 5770xxx < gpu phenom 2 x6 1090t < cpu thermaltake xt 875w < psu looking for suggestion on cpu cooler... so what should i change, why and any other reason to change. thank you

ok guy i have a sony str de 495 reciver and its connected to my computer via optical to the stock back panel optical audio output. my motherboard is the gigabyte x48 dq6, im currently using some crappy speakers in 5.1 set up and if not that i plug in my ear phones in which are $65AUD. i recently ordered the grado rs125i headphones and it should be getting here in 1 more weeks time. would i get much better sound quality with that? what would give me better sound quality? by connecting the pc to the reciver then pluging the head phones in and listening through that or by pluging in the headphones directly to the computer?(headphone refering to grado headphones) other option is:(if i do buy a that sound card) asus xonar essence stx > reciver > headphone or asus xonar essence stx > headphone thx for ur opinions ^_^

oh yeah i tried that but its not working but i found out why it didnt work... thx for the help the input for optical on the reciver is only for video channel input so since i had it on dvd channel it didnt work coz optical is only for the video 2 channel... it didnt work on video 1 channel either so yeah that was the problem... pretty simple.... and stupid... i dont get why they didnt make the optical work for all channels....

hey i just bought a optical cable to connect my sony str de 495 reciver to my pc which has the gigabyte x48 dq6 mobo it in but when i connect nothing happens... no sounds and no pop up that i have connect a cable into optical out on the pc... ive been using coaxial to connect the 2 which worked fine but i just wanted to try something different... so any1 know why? do i have to connect both the coaxial and optical cable in?? or can i just run it off optical? thx

hi guys, i just got accepted to get adsl2+ and i am now going to buy a modem switch that has 4 lan ports, 802.11g wireless.... ive been looking and researching but it seems like there is not enough information about anything.... so i'd like to ask u guys which modem switch is the best? it would have to be able to be turned on 24/7 for the year and to have alot of features and security, stable and reliable.... dont need voip and wireless n... so what are ur suggestions and recommandations? there will be 2 pc connected to the modem switch thought ethernet and 1 laptop connected via wireless buget: about 150AUD which is about 120USD?? thx

ok i just want to ask you guys how to write a java uml diagram like what does the + and - means.... and what to include it in... like get methods, set methods, instances, etc..... how to write it... is it -/+ object:int/string or am i wrong? well my main problem is what to include in it... and no i havent got a .java to begin with so yeah.... please help
