I don't know if it's just me, but if I need a quiet fan I buy a noctura, if I don't, I buy the cheapest cooler master on amazon. I have yet to find a worthwhile middle ground fan.  :teehee:

Try Enermax, hands down the best budget fans I ever owned. Great silence/performance ratio and they can be found at dirt cheap prices.

I love Noctua fans, I just wish they would give some color options, other then that they are just fine.

 

I like the look of these fans that Allen reviewed. :)
