Amd Cpu Temp Monitoring Software

I agree with turophiliac, I have an AMD x2 6000+ also but mine runs core 0 at 40-55 and core 1 at 45-60 depending on the load, so i think that those temps are wrong also. <_< -
You can change the resolution. But you need to do it out of the game. I am running at 1680x1050.

I do not have my rig in a dell case anymore, it is in a bigger case with multiple face, has good air flow.
-
I have tried it. Still the same. Also used driver sweeper.
-
I have not OC'd anything in my rig, i am going to check the frequency and get back to you on that. Thanks. P.S. my rig is made out of a Dell 531, the only things that are still original are the mother board and the cpu.

I am not sure the it is the temp cause at full load with the fan at 60 percent i am only getting to 50 degrees C so i dont think that is it, cause gpu's can run at hotter temps than that.
-
Well i adjusted the fan speed and made it manual and it seems to work a little better but i am still have trouble with it crashing completely because it times out when it tries to recover. Any other ideas?
-
Okay, so i checked that video out and that was the old way to do it, you can now control it in the new control manager that comes with the downloads. I put the fan speed on manual and it only crashed on me once since then, so thats a start.

My original gaming name was HoovisMaximus for a long time, i was first called it in high school, cause my last name is hoover and i am a big kid. But while was playing games with some friends they told me it was to long and that i needed to make it shorter, so i said okay lets make it shorter. But we couldnt find a cool way to say HoovisMaximus shorter, so one of my friends said we should call him Ace, and i asked why and he said because you always have an ace up your sleave when we play a game. I was like what, he said well when ever we play a game bullets just seem to go around you, and you are always thinking about how to get out of situations. So we decided that i would use that when i played with them. To finish the story the friend that came up with it died so i decided i would continue using it but i would add dog at the end, and there you have it.

Thanks man i will check that video out. :thumbs-up:

You can adjust the fan speed with the Catalyst Control Center that comes with the driver downloads.

I have a really good cooler on it so i dont think that would be it, but i will look the next time. Thanks. Can you give a link to it?
