boris4356 Posted July 10, 2005 Posted July 10, 2005 I am planning to upgrade my 9800 pro 128 mb with an X800XL 256 mb AGP, and I was wondering if anyone has one running on the LanParty 250 NF3 board. I could not get my other 9800 pro 256 mb to run at all on this board. All I would get is a checkerboard pattern. I took the 9800 pro 128 mb out of my daughters rig and put it on my DFI board, and it worked fine. The 256 mb 9800 pro runs fine in her Asus NF2 board, and it ran well on my previous Asus NF2 board before I upgraded to DFI. I have read in various forums that quite a few people have had similar problems with a 256 mb 9800 pro on a LanParty 250 NF3. I have a 450 w power supply(can't remember the brand name) currently, but have an Antec 550w true 2 power supply on the way, as I read that the power supply may have something to do with this.
