They are all different there are hacks out there like the Thoroughbred AMD hack with the pencil trick to get the Ultra-D to basically transfer into a primitive DR... the main diff is the SLI chip and SATA slots... teh DR and SLI versions have more SATA connectors and Firewire connectors compared to the ULTRA-D also... The reason they do this is to save money... its a lot cheaper if you only have to change hte connectors and not the actual layout of the board dont you think... so they are saving you money!
