jayvio Posted June 11, 2003 Posted June 11, 2003 i just put a bran new volcano 10 on my cpu. i removed the thermal greese it came with and am using a thermal pad that i bought. but my CPU temp is at around 72 C. what should i do.. pleas help before i blow up my system from it running to hot thanks, Jay Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

jayvio Posted June 12, 2003 Posted June 12, 2003 they sent me two heat sinks by mistake so i have to send one back. so the second one still had the original thermal gease on it. so i took of the one that i put the pad on and use the one with the grease. and what do u know, it works. 43 C. so i guess it was the pad. thanks, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
