Angry_Games Posted February 17, 2005 Posted February 17, 2005 hrmmm...i put in the Audigy2 in bottom slot, loaded WindowsXP Pro with SP2 slipstreamed in after chipset drivers, i installed Catalyst5.2 drivers, rebooted, then installed Audigy2 drivers off the cd-rom...immediately after rebooting, I use the Creativelabs.com auto-update feature (this is the last time i use IE6 before installing Firefox). I keep going back to it until there are no more drivers to be updated. Creative...always had issues with their drivers, but I never had any with Audigy2...every card before that though...was a tossup as to whether it was gonna be trouble.
