talizker Posted February 10, 2005 Posted February 10, 2005 I have just received my iPod Shuffle and when the PC is turned on or rebooted with the iPod connected it hangs right before the memory test - the top couple of lines of the Bios information are displayed. At this point I can't do a Ctrl-Alt-Delete of turn my Caps lock On/Off. If I remove the iPod and restart it boots into Windows as normal. I then tried the same thing with my 128Mb Dell USB Memory Stick and have exactly the same problem. I have read several similar posts on these boards with various USB devices being involved but as yet there seems to be no resolution. This is going to be seriously annoying:( Please help!
