hi every body i am using 3dmarks 06 to get some bench marks and i have noticed my cpu temp are hitting 60 Degress c loaded and and the cpu cores are at round about 82 with my Artic Evo Processor Fan cooler on full and idles at 45 degress is this normal

do i need a new cooler

i have been thinking about up grading 4 a while is water cooling my cpu worth the money
