Q9300 Oc'ing?

How's this chip for OC'ing, just got some tax return and thought I'd pump my newish rig up some more, while handing whatever I replace over to my girlfriend. She's in bad need of an upgrade to that computer she's using, with it's Sempron 2600+ and 9200SE vid card.

 

Only thing I'm worried about is the multiplier on it at 7.5x, doesn't give me much headroom with my Chicken Nugget DDR2-800 and DS3R's FSB ceiling of around 460mhz. Although, I guess 3.2-3.4ghz will be fine, it should blow my E4500 out of the water anyways
