TAUNTS Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 it will work fine if i make test 3dmark06 everest system stability case and memory benchmark when i playing cod4 2-3 min it will crush.temp is normal to 40-45c
jammin Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 (edited) I interpret "works fine" as 'Will boot into windows and do normal stuff like surfing the internet' and "crush" and 'crash'. Conclusion, it's not stable. edit - ok, so it passes 3DMark06 alright, I would still call instability if it is crashing in games. Throw some Orthos at it and see how it fares then. jammin Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 i english is bad sry what that means Throw some Orthos at it and see how it fares then Ok, sorry about that. Download Orthos Here, or from somewhere else. Run it and choose Test: Blend - stress CPU and RAM Let it run for a while and see if it crashes. If it does, you know your overclock is not stable. jammin Posted April 2, 2008 Posted April 2, 2008 It can sometimes take a while to show problems. 11mins is quite a short amount of time for Orthos. 8hrs+ is generally considered stable.
