Overclocking Software

hi i have just biuld my first pc and it's fast but its not that fast and 3weeks on and i what it to be a bit faster and better so i thought of overclockin' it and it just crashes and i have to wipe the bios.this is iritating to say the least and i was thinking of using a program to overclock it, i tryed the "abit fatal1ty flash menu" but i can't get it to work. can you sugest any thing?
