thermaltake bigwater 745 System Cooling

Ok, im thinking seriously of picking up this kit since i have a thermaltake armor case that is already designed for it, and from a couple of reviews it works pretty well, but before i throw so money away, just want to get a few opinions.

 

I have a Q6600 on a ASUS P5N32-E SLI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard

2 - EVGA 8800 GTX's

 

I plan overclocking the CPU to approx 3.2 to 3.4 - not sure if i plan on doing anything with GPU's.
