Need quick advise with some ram

Just after some info on ram if anyone can help out. I am looking at buying some new ram and trying to choose between the following 2

 

Patriot Extreme 1GB PC2-6400 800MHz PC2-6400 DDR2, Timing 4-4-4-12, 1GB 128MX64.

 

OR

 

Ballistix 1GB PC2-6400 800MHz PC2-6400 DDR2, Timing 4-4-4-12, 1024MB 64X8 Low Density Chip Configuration

 

The only difference is the patriot has 1 GB 128MX64 and the ballistix has 64X8.

Which one would be the better of the 2?
