bigred Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 anyone else remember the "sticky" geforce4 card? okay, joking aside. this isn't overly uncommon. circuit boards are actually "washed" in a solvent before leaving the factory. and some times all of the solvent doesn't come off... and this is what you get.
