c4pta1ntr1ps Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 make sure its not getting too hot, and try upping the voltages a little. but remember, more power = more heat
Psychotic_god Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 Is there any ways you can get a heat reading from your processor? We can determine your overclock capabilities with it. What kind of cooling are you running?
azndragon328 Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 im running a thermaltake silentboost @ around 46c... was looking for the v12... but they didn't have it so i took the silent boost
hardnrg Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 change the fan to something a little more meaty... the silent boost is a good sink with some work... i switched to the smartfan ii (79cfm iirc ?), added the duct, and lapped it to 2000grit... my load temps are 44-47 depending on ambient, and my vcore is 1.83v iirc (it's been a while since i looked lol)
Guest Raven65 Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 Loosen your ram settings and up your voltage. If that don't work you might be at your max.
