OptikaliLLusion Posted July 7, 2005 Posted July 7, 2005 I got some PhotoBlocker for my mom's car and applied it today. They say at least 3 coats, I put on about 7 on each plate. Reflect flash my butt, the letters stand out like a sore thumb. Either I did something wrong or this company paid the police departments and news stations big money to say it works. OptikaliLLusion Posted July 7, 2005 Posted July 7, 2005 Yes. Before I put on each coat, I made sure it was dry as a bone. It was "tacky and glossy" like the instructions said it would be.
