Overclocking cpu issue

I have a problem with overclocking my cpu:

I have a pentium 3 450 and a board with jumperless oc support.

when i change my fsb, the processor is still at 450 mhz (multiplier is locked to 4.5). even if i change it to 133 mhz, it still stays on 450 Mhz. what could be the problem?

your p3 has an overclock-protection (like many intel-chips)

that means, you can set your mobo to whatever you want, your chip is still locked to 450mhz so here's what to do:

1) crap intel
