swifty11212 Posted January 30, 2005 Posted January 30, 2005 well on my z-640s, the matrix button on it was screwing up my surround sound and when i ran the creative diagnostics the center speaker would be mute. make sure you install the cd and then run the web update ( use internet explore for the webupdate, it wont work for ff) and then run your creative diagnostics. hope it helps. also just looked at those speakers. OMG THEY ARE NICE. any ways most likely its a setting on your speakers than can be at fault. use creative's diagnotics to check the speakers.
