regression Posted August 25, 2004 Posted August 25, 2004 I am assembling a new AMD-based, XP system (see signature for details) and am getting stray pixels on my CRT (particularly around icons and the drag bars on windows). When playing games like IL-2: Forgotten Battles, I can see almost a "rising sun" pattern of pixels (with a small "sun") radiating from the center of the screen, particularly during camera and cockpit shots. I have updated the BIOS and the ATI Catalyst driver. A local computer shop tested the card in another system and it seemed to work OK. Any ideas?
