3dmark01 And 3dmark03

I installed the 4.7 omega drivers for my 9800Pro in hopes to bump my benchmark scores up just a notch or two. But, now neither 3dmark01 or 3dmark03 will run a full bench without shutting the computer down. other benchmarks programs run fine like Aquamark3, sisandra, etc.... but 3dmark01 and 03 won't. everytime since I installed the omega drivers my computer just shuts down a little ways into the benchmark with either 3dmark programs. Anyone got any idea's as to why 3dmark isn't liking my new omega drivers?
