Vga Clock Speed

does any one know a program that determine your vga clock speed i recently bought a new vga powercolor package ati radeon8500 128MB i want to know it's clock speed and is it safe to overclock it i sent to powercolor they didn't respond and is this a good vga? and another little thingmy monitor hansol mazellan 400a is green means that every thing suppose to be red it's black or green does any one know what to do i checked the pins they were 14 does any one knows a solution? thanks for advance
