Ocing A 3200+?

I would love to get the most out of my CPU and computer so i was wondering if I could get some help from exports here to tell me what is the best way to OC my 3200+ to get a little increase in performance. Here is a pic and my specs of what i have.

I thought the 3200+ had a lower V core than that... yep. Should be 1.65 stock. You're at 1.728 (over/under volted by the board. Check and see what your BIOS set it to) Anyway, you'll probably top out the fsb around 210/215, but the only way to know is try

yeha i tried to OC it once already but i was tired of seeing other people with the same specs as me OC thier higher i was wondering what am i doing wrong and what do i need to do right to get it there. Does everything seem ok?
