Looking for a new FPS to play

PUBG was the last game I really played much. I loved the Battlefield franchise up to and including BF4. I tried the new BF 2042 and its just not very interesting. I haven't played much games in the last few years but these modern games all seem to suck, creators are more interested in pumping out profits for weapon skins than actually making an interesting game.

So what should I try next?  I want actual team work and no pay to win. Squad looks cool but I'm probably late to the party, same with ARMA.
