The PC Gaming Show was held this weekend so now I have a host of press releases to work through, and am starting with those concerning Modus Games published titles. Cris Tales was first announced at E3 2019 with its JRPG design that crosses time. The slipping to different periods is necessary for Crisbell to save her home, which you can experience yourself in the updated demo, unless you would rather wait until November. That is the announcement that Cris Tales is releasing on November 17 for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Google Stadia, and it is planned for both the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5.

To celebrate this announcement, developers Dreams Uncorporated and SYCK have released the opening cinematic teaser embedded below and updated the demo available on Steam and GOG. With this update, Willhelm joins the party as you encounter new enemies and work through eight battles as part of the Colosseum mode, leading up to a mini-boss fight.

Another game to receive its release date was Remothered: Broken Porcelain, the horror-thriller sequel to Remothered: Tormented Fathers. It will be arriving for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch on August 25. This title will expand upon the story of Rosemary Reed as she seeks to learn the truth of Celeste while also introducing us to a new protagonist, Jennifer. She is armed only with her wits and resourcefulness to escape the horrors of Ashmann Inn.

Along with this announcement is a new trailer for the game, but due to its content it is behind an age-gate, but you can find it here: Remothered: Broken Porcelain - Gameplay Trailer. Come August 25, Remothered: Broken Porcelain will be available for $29.99.

One last announcement from Modus Games and this one was a reveal of a new game that will be arriving next year for PC, Xbox Series X, and PlayStation 5. In Sound Mind is a psychological horror game that will endeavor to take you to the corners of your psyche, where reality and the impossible blend together. You will be exploring the memories of a therapist to navigate the effects of an experimental chemical, meaning the monsters you will trying to escape from are the threats within your own mind. The soundtrack for In Sound Mind comes from The Living Tombstone of YouTube fame.

Being the newly announced game, the attached images are of it.
