A new threat has emerged in the Commonwealth, as the mysterious Mechanist has arrived with a horde of robots to terrorize the land. This is what awaits us in Automatron, the first of Fallout 4's DLC packs. The Mechanist's army of evil robots includes the devious Robobrain, which makes its debut and is perhaps even worse than the versions found in previous games. There's more it than just the Robobrain, as the Mechanist has modifed and assembled ones out of parts that might not exactly go together, but they found a way. It is up to you to figure out a way to stop the Mechanist, but you won't be alone, as every robot you destroy offers parts to build your own. Hundreds of mods help create a robot that is truly yours, with different armors, limbs, abilities, and weapons (including the all-new lightning chain gun) at your disposal. You can even customize their voice and paint scheme (if you're at least level 15) as you journey across the Commonwealth.

Fallout 4 - Automatron arrives Tuesday, March 22, on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. It will set you back $9.99 if bought separately, or $49.99 as part of the Season Pass to get it and all the other DLC coming out. Next month we see the Wasteland Workshop, which expands settlement building, and May gets Far Harbor and the largest landmass Bethesda has ever made for any DLC. We're also going to get Survival Mode and the Creation Kit, the official mod tools to create and share creations across PC and console.
