kirky_D Posted March 4, 2004 Posted March 4, 2004 (edited) i want to remove my login name from the top of my start menu (pic below) becasue i want to modify the bitmap (in reshacker) to include text so i dont overlap the text in my picture with the text from my login name. can this be done? i've loked in explorer with reshacker for the text of m y login name but i cant find it to remove it. thanks for any help Edited March 4, 2004 by kirky_D Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
AxcesDenyed Posted March 4, 2004 Posted March 4, 2004 go to control panel, then user accounts, click on your user account and click change my name. it wont let you leave it blank, so if you want you could put a period so it doesnt cover up hardly any of your bitmap.
