gebraset Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 Google has officially updated its Maps application to version 9.8, which ushers in two notable features that will likely become quite popular with users. The first feature is the ability to upload a batch of photos to Google Maps, allowing users to share their experiences with others in a more seamless and content rich manner. The second feature is the ability to hide reservation details from a map. Google utilizes Gmail to automatically add trip reservations in Maps, and with version 9.8, users have the ability to hide the reservations from their view. Bug fixes are also included with the latest update, though no specific information on which bugs were squashed was released by Google. Version 9.8 of Google Maps is being made available to users through a staggered rollout from the Play Store.
