Core only GPU watercooling on 7950

I'll probably go with either the Swiftech one or the EK, not really that important since they generally all seem to perform pretty much the same. My question is on the passive cooling part, the VRM's/Mosfets.

What exactly do I need to put a copper heatsink on(also anyone have any good recommendations or are http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/enmofocomu10.html still the only option?

 

I attached a picture, I know I have to cool the big black squares around the core, but is there anything else?
