Substitute XSPC Reservoir Fillcap to G1/4" Adapter

So I never bought one of these little suckers and I would really resent having to pay like $12 for one (after shipping).

 

To that end, is their a way I could fashion a working solution from stuff from my local hard ware store? I am going to stop there today or tomorrow and take a look see.

 

P.s. I have an extra fitting for it, just not the M20x15mm to G1/4 adapt-y part. Thanks.

 

Edit 1: Went to the store, found things that were close, but not perfect. leaking occurred. Then again, the fitting didnt have that tiny plastic ring for assistance.

To do it properly would be less cost effective then buying and shipping one to yourself. If you want i have one in my tool box that i am not using and dont intend to use. If you want i can ship it to you for 7 dollars???

 

P.m. Me if you like. And i can also build you a 2" pipe res that would be slightly ghetto but very functional and awesome. Lol
