Htpc inside a nes case

Ok so I'm working on a htpc and so far I have the motherboard installed in the nes case.

 

Specs

 

Intel dg45fc motherboard

Lg775 core 2 duo

4 gb g skill ram

320gb seagate hd

 

I had this installed in a nes case before but was overheating after a while. So I bought a new case and am going to water cool it this time.

 

I found a 40mm x 2 radiator that I'm going to use. Since space is limited im trying to find the smallest pump, a small waterblock, and maybe a res, or might go with a t line to fill the system.

 

I also picked up an external 500gb wd harddrive I'm going to take apart and mod into a nes cartridge.

 

So if anyone has some recommendations on a pump, waterblock, and maybe a res that would be great.
