First time overclocker needs help

Hi Everybody,

This is the first time I get into overclocking and I can't seem to even get a stable 3.75Ghz OC.. My system becomes unstable after 17 secs from Starting a LinX run with a problem size of 25000.

 

Here's my bios template with the current 3.75Ghz OC..i'm planning to go to 4.0Ghz but at least I should get a stable 3.75Ghz
