overclocking with furmark ,[multi gpu],a question from a very sad ,lon

Hello you wonderful ,wonderful fellow geeks[ no offense or stereotyping is meant by this comment ,it is merely a bad joke and in an attempt at being jovial]

I have been overclocking my 2 geforce gtx 460's,[palit models, factory overclocked to core 700mhz],with Furmark ,multi gpu as it is so named. My question is,and this may sem totally dumb, does this version of th great benchmarking tool really test both graphics cards even if they are at different core and or memory speeds. For example I recently tested and the top graphics cards' core was 840mhz and the bottom ws 820mhz and all was fine for the time I tested . Now when testing, in the top left hand corner it gives you the stats and information,[temp, fps etc],and it also gives you the core speed of the lowest of the graphics cards and in my case thta was 820mhz.What I would like to know is why is this the case ,why does it only list the the graphics card with the lowest core speed .

I suspect this is a dumb question as this is the multi card version of furmark , but one would expect it to test both cards at their respective speeds or does it just test both cards at the graphics card set at the lowest core speed. If anyone would like me to crirify anything about the question please let me know and if you have any thoughts and or solutions to my question that would be great too.

Thankyou

You said 'the card with the lowest core speed.' If that means that your second card has different clocks that the first, then both of your cards are currently using the lower card's clocks (820).

Basically, both cards need to have the same exact clocks. If they don't, they will automatically clock themselves to the lowest one present in either cards.
