First time OCing

Alright, let my start off with saying that I'm brand new to OCing. I need somebody to show me how to manually overclock in my BIOS. These are my specs:

 

Asus M4A79XTD EVO (w/ latest BIOS edition)

AMD Athlon II x4 630 Propus

Sapphire Radeon 4870 1gb

OCZ Gold 1600mhz 4gb

Win 7 Pro 64-bit OEM

 

I also included my GPU, as I am also wondering if you'd be able to show me how to properly overclock that.
