Also - from what I've read it's really not worth putting your motherboard under water - the gains are next to nothing and the extra complication and restriction just doesn't seem worth it.

My budget would be round about the £100 mark roughly and that why i was looking for at the Thermaltake Bigwater 735

I don't think I'd try to jump into watercooling if I only had that much. It's expensive to do well and it won't be fun (or worth doing) if you try to cut corners.

and what would u recommend as a good wc setup

For ~$158 I can't think of any that aren't self-contained like the H50/H70/Coolit ECO.
