CPU voltage = actual cpu core(s) voltage

CPU PLL voltage = increasing the cpu pll can help clean up the frequencies of the Phased Locked Loop regulation by reducing the oscillation of the frequencies

QPI-DRAM voltage = cpu on die memory controller to dram

IOH voltage = northbridge voltage

IOH PCIE voltage = northbridge to pcie lane voltage

ICH voltage = southbridge voltage

ICH PCIE voltage = southbridge to pcie lane voltage

Relative to explanations and overclocking guides and tips there are literally dozens of O/C guides available on the net specifically for the x58 and i7 920 (by logical extension also covers the i7 930 to an extent). These guides are pages long, so no sense in trying to rehash all of those in a forum. Just google it.
