New To OC, need advice

Yo guyz,

I'm new to OC and I really wanna get to know it well, I'm currently using:

MOBO: Gigabyte EP45-UD3LR

CPU: Intel E8400 Core 2 Duo 3.0 Ghz

GPU: Gigabyte nVidia 9800 GTX+ 1GB

Memory: 8Gb DDR3 1333 G.Skill

Now i want to oc my cpu, been reading some tutorials about OC but still confused and scared

Would any pros guide this noob step-by-step please?
