Right now I've inched up to 4.1Ghz and one of my Cores fails the Torture test instantly while the other one was going good for about 4 hours. I wouldnt run a system where a core is failing the torture tests except for trying to take a suicide screenshot, see how high you can get some functionality lol. Once you get to a point where you are done tweaking frequencies, thats when you can delve into the world of RAM timings. Here is a thread from last week where timings are explained.
