In the BIOS there are options to up the CPUvoltage but it only gives the options of +50, +100, and +150mV. I added +50 and upped the multiplier to 14.5x. Temps at full load are at 49C. Like I said, I'm searching for that next step. Before I was adding voltage from AMD OverDrive and it was crashing. When I added voltage from the BIOS it didn't crash. So.... maybe next I should go for 3.0GHz with the +50mV I've already added through the BIOS? Zalman air coolers are not the best. I got my OC using water. Look into H50 from corsair if you have the money to improve your system. If not Noctua or Maghalems are best air cooling solutions as you will need this for better overclocking.
