CAgamer Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 i want to overclock my athlon II x4 620 but i dont want to spendalot on water cooling and i dont want to shorten the life of the cpu what fan should i go with? and how far can i overclock it witout shortening its lifespan.? snakeiz2 Posted February 28, 2010 Posted February 28, 2010 Test your OC first at where you want it and see how high your temps get with stock cooler for a 620 i say 3.4g or so I have the 630 and at 3.4g with stock cooler was ok but once i got to 3.5g my temps went above 65c so i got a KnigWin XT-1264 at 3.6g temps dont go over 40c.
