Throttelling NB

[Diesel Down Under]

Hello community does anyone know of methods/programs that i could use with my system:

 

Q6600, P5WDH (2801), Corsair dominator PC2-8500 Windows 7 Ult

 

That i could use to manipulate the NB freq/strap?

 

as i cant O/C my Q6600 further than 3.3Ghz and i believe the 975 is the problem here? If im wrong that would be excellent but if im correct any advice would be golden - Thanks
