Nah its not anywhere close to that yet I've tried messing around with it a lot and havn't gotten anything better. Its either the chip or the board and I doubt its the board. Lets just say its a little odd how I can reach a terribly unstable 4.0gHz yet can't touch anything between 3.65 and 4 because it just doesn't POST.
