Memory Overclocking

Hey there so I'm trying to get a very high fsb on my UD3P motherboard, however my memory seems to hold me back. The P45 chipset won't let my memory run lower than my front side bus. So anything after a fsb of about 560 (1120mhz memory) I can't get my system to boot. However, I know that the board is capable of the speed because I used my friends ballistix 2x1gb (pc2-8500) memory and we got it up to 1240 mhz memory no problem. My memory is OCZ Reaper 4gb pc2-8500. Oh and also I've tried upping the voltage on the ram to 2.5v (with that voltage they run just warm to the touch) with a slight improvment. Is there a recommended strap to use for the ram, or something else I can do (take out a stick of ram?) Any help is appreciated very greatly, thanks
