Hi guys, i was wondering if anyone could help me( sorry for bad english)

well, abouth a month ago i bought a 2gb kit of DDR3 ocz Reaper x HPC Enhanced bandwidth pc10600,1333 mhz, 6-5-5-20.(amazon) 1.85 v

the problem is that, i tought it was a 4gb kit, but is only 2.

for personal reasons, i can't buy the same kit in amazon( country, distance, courrier etc)

i live in venezuela, the country of crappy pc components ever seen!!.

so, looking in stores, i found a decent ram kit:

Ocz REAPER( not reaper X) Hpc pc10600,1333mhz, 9-9-9-20 1.8v 2gb kit

Or

corsair xms ddr3 1333 pc310600 9-9-9-24. 2gb kit

My question is, if i can put one of those kits with my reaperX in the same mobo and OC them without any issue. ( i want to oc them to 1600 mhz)

can i put in the same mobo a pc3 10600 and a pc3 12800 memories( same latencies, freq etc) ( i still don't know what is that pc3**** thing)

Gracias por las respuestas :D

First off, to clarify, the PC3 bit is the speed. PC3-10600 is 1333MHz & PC3-12800 is 1600MHz.

You could probably run those 2 kits together at stock speed with 9-9-9-20 or 9-9-9-24 timings. However when it comes to overclocking, the sub-timings may become a problem & limit the maximum speed you could achieve.

Personally I would get a new 2x2GB kit, but it's up to you really. I understand it is awkward for you to get the right components in your country.
