Need help at overclocking.

Hey guyz.

 

I need help on overclocking. =D I have been reading alot about the E8400 for a while and have noticed that the voltages they put for 4ghz is way above mine. Should i start from stock again and work my way up? I have been messing around with the clocks and have been unsuccesful and can only stabilize it at 1.43xx volts on bios. Around 1.401 in cpuz.
