MJ0588 Posted January 4, 2004 Posted January 4, 2004 (edited) cooling probly isnt gonna be the main thing holding you back with that, if you tvmod ur vdimm and get sum BH-5 ram, crank the volts up,that chip will really fly. if you have problems over 300fsb let me know, i can help with that also, wat can u pull down on 3dmark01 with that? Will Smith Posted January 4, 2004 Posted January 4, 2004 getting over 300 is a bump in the road. Memory is not even an issue really when u get in the higher speeds. You can always notch the memory down to a lower notch. ie... 333mhz ratios. The main holding point of a 2.4C is the mobo. since the only difference between a 2.4 and a 3.2 is the multi. multi will facotr in some but the mobo being able to handle 300+ speeds is hard.
