Stuart Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 (edited) I have downloaded CPUFSB and i have a reply about what PLL i have from HP (I got linked to http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/documen...name=c01077676) . I know you will say its bad to oc an oem, but i have changed leterally everything except the motherboard and dvd drive and the original hard drive so cooling is not a problem. Can anyone give me any advice about this. My idling temps are under 30 degrees celcius. Thanks Oh and by the way can anyone find my PLL from the above link (i cant!) SR5209UK But look at my system specs almost everything has changed Thanks again. Edited June 12, 2009 by Stuart

kozary Posted June 13, 2009 Posted June 13, 2009 buy a new motherboard and overclock the real way. qft you wont get very far even if u did overclock on that mobo. a good mobo only costs around 160-170 lol.
Flar Posted June 13, 2009 Posted June 13, 2009 Lol a mobo that would allow you to OC that will NOT cost $160. A decent 790GX mobo will run you around $100 and to be honest you could probably get away with something like a 780g.
