Rate my OC

So I got my new Thermalright TRUE Black cooler today and I was in a hurry to put it on along with 2 noisy 120mm fans.

Now I've been overclocking and tweaking for a while, and i think i hit a good spot here, and just wanted to get some inputs if i should lower some voltages or increase some frequencies, so here it goes:

I'll post pic's of BIOS later on for any more info or voltages, but i can say right now that my MCH voltage is at 1.30V.

 

So what say you? Is this the proper way to overclock? it has been stable for an hour of Prime95 64bit and temps are about 67C at full load (mind you i did the mounting in a rush, and will fix this once i get to lapping CPU/heatsink)
