Need A New Mobo.

I am going to be building a computer to hook up to my tv/stereo and have heard the 780 chipset doesnt put out the 7.1 audio. I am wanting to integrated if possible with onboard video/audio. Mostly movies about 1/2 blu-ray and 1/2 regular and very very light gaming. I am hoping for AMD for cost efectiveness but could go intel if I have to. Really all I need is a chipset and I can newegg it or a model # would be awseome. Just trying to find my options thank you.

So i am looking at this
